Secondary School Certificate (KCSE) or equivalent qualification, with demonstrated experience in community mobilization, civic engagement, peacebuilding, human rights, governance, community development, or related social justice initiatives.
Proven experience in community mobilization, civic engagement, or grassroots programming.
Strong understanding of community security, human rights, governance, and social justice issues.
Experience engaging community structures, civil society, security actors, and local stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and facilitation skills.
Ability to work effectively in diverse and sensitive community environments.
Strong report writing, documentation, and reporting skills.
