Secondary School Certificate (KCSE) or equivalent qualification, with demonstrated experience in community mobilization, civic engagement, peacebuilding, human rights, governance, community development, or related social justice initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in community mobilization, civic engagement, or grassroots programming.
Good understanding of community security, human rights, governance, or social justice issues.
Experience working with community structures, civil society organizations, security actors, and local stakeholders.
