Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 8–10 years' experience in an automotive workshop, with proven experience in a management role
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
In-depth technical knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes
Excellent communication and customer service skills
