Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Travel & Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certification in IATA/UFTAA, Tour Operations, Travel Consultancy, or GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) is an added advantage.
7+ years of proven experience in tour operations or travel consultancy within a reputable travel agency or tour company.
Demonstrated hands-on experience in group travel management, corporate travel, and specialized itineraries (e.g., educational, business, MICE).
