A minimum of a Diploma in HR/ Communication or other related field and graduation from an Interpreter Training Program (ITP).
Certified in National Sign Language Interpreter Body.
A broad knowledge of human resource vocabulary to facilitate communication in the training.
Must also have an exceptional understanding of English Sign Language and Deaf culture.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Strong listening, research, memory, and sign language skills.
Adhere to the code of ethics, maintaining confidentiality and impartiality while providing services.
Possess exceptional English and Sign Language skills to excel as an interpreter.
