A valid Teachers Service Commission (TSC) registration certificate or TSC number is mandatory.
A minimum of a Diploma in Education, with a specialisation or teaching subject in Computer Studies, Computer Science, or ICT, from a recognised institution.
A Bachelor of Education or Bachelor's degree with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, in a relevant computing field, is an added advantage.
KCSE mean grade and subject grades meeting current TSC entry requirements for the qualification level held (diploma or graduate route).
A valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations, issued within the last twelve months.
Prior experience teaching under the CBC framework, particularly at Junior Secondary level, is an advantage but is not a barrier for a newly registered teacher who meets all TSC requirements.
Working knowledge of common productivity software, basic computer hardware, and classroom digital tools.
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
