Diploma in Civil/Water/Electrical/Mechanical/Building Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution
Registered as an Engineering Technician by the Kenya Engineering Technology Registration Board (KETRB)
Proficiency in relevant computer applications
Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D/Sewer CAD/Water CAD and other draughting computer applications
Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution of Kenya 2010
