Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
CPA (K) qualification with active membership in good standing with ICPAK.
Minimum of 5–7 years' progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a Senior Accountant or equivalent leadership role.
Experience within construction, real estate, infrastructure, project finance, SACCOs, lending institutions, or financial services will be an added advantage.
Demonstrated experience preparing statutory financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan tax legislation and statutory compliance, including VAT, PAYE, Withholding Tax, Corporate Tax, NSSF, SHA, Housing Levy, and related statutory obligations.
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, audit coordination, project accounting, financial analysis, and internal controls.
Proficiency in ERP and accounting systems such as Sage, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP Business One, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling, analysis, and reporting.
