Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or another related discipline.
Professional certifications such as Financial Modeling Institute (FMI) or CFI – Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) are highly desirable.
Professional qualifications such as CFA or ACCA are an added advantage.
Minimum 3–6 years' experience in financial modelling, project finance, investment analysis, infrastructure finance, or investment banking.
Demonstrated ability to build complex financial models from scratch rather than modifying existing templates.
Strong understanding of project finance concepts.
Strong understanding of cash flow modelling.
Strong understanding of debt structuring.
Strong understanding of financial statement analysis.
Strong understanding of renewable energy economics (preferred).
Experience modelling leasing arrangements, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), infrastructure projects, or renewable energy investments is highly preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including dynamic modelling, scenario analysis, and advanced financial functions.
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong commercial and strategic thinking.
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
