Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Education, or a related field
1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (experience selling to institutions is a strong advantage)
Proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals independently
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers such as principals, school directors, or administrators
Self-driven and highly motivated to work in a target-based, performance-driven environment
Ability to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively
Tech-savvy and comfortable presenting digital or online solutions
Passion for education, youth development, or EdTech is a strong added advantage
