Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related technical discipline from a recognized institution.
Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in project management, contract management, or engineering project execution.
Proven exposure to the design, construction, maintenance, or upgrade of oil and gas facilities or similar infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of project planning, procurement processes, budgeting, cost control, contractor management, and contract administration.
Good understanding of health, safety, environmental, quality assurance, quality control, and statutory compliance requirements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and other relevant engineering software applications.
Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
Excellent planning, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with contractors, consultants, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and internal teams.
High level of integrity, accountability, and safety consciousness.
