2+ years experience in B2B outbound marketing, lead generation, SDR, or outbound prospecting roles
Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach and B2B prospect engagement
Hands-on experience using tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
Strong copywriting ability for outbound messaging, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
Experience building and managing multi-channel outbound campaigns
Strong understanding of B2B buyer psychology and high-ticket sales cycles
Analytical mindset with ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused approach to work
Comfortable working independently in remote environments
