A university degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Monitoring & Evaluation for development projects.
Proven experience in designing and implementing M&E systems and tools.
Experience working on skills development, vocational training, or youth employment programs.
Strong experience in data collection, management, and analysis.
Experience in developing dashboards (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
Experience working with donor-funded projects (AICS, EU, UN, or similar) is highly desirable.
Experience working in the fashion, creative, or manufacturing sector (desirable).
Knowledge of inclusive programming (youth, women, persons living with disabilities) (desirable).
Experience in training evaluation and outcome tracking (desirable).
Familiarity with TVET systems and informal sector dynamics in Kenya (desirable).
Understanding of AICS reporting and compliance requirements (desirable).
Strong analytical and data management skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
Ability to translate data into clear insights and reports.
Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to train and support project teams.
