Technical Proposal - containing information about background of firm, past performance-references, personnel, audit methodology and audit timeline (signed and stamped)
Detailed budget/cost proposal (signed and stamped)
Sound knowledge of NGO accounting and NGO sector operations
Ability to review multicurrency transactions and issue financial statements in both Kenya Shillings and US Dollars
Sound knowledge of project management issues both in humanitarian and development interventions
Knowledge of International Standards on Auditing and best local practices applicable to NGOs in Kenya
Knowledge of professional auditing standards as adopted in Kenya
