Bachelor's degree in Business Commerce or a related discipline.
NSE ATS certification required
CISI Level II certification required
5-7 years of relevant experience in trading deal execution and financial markets analysis.
Product knowledge across the Equities business required
Seasoned experience in the asset management sector / financial services.
Seasoned sales experience within an Equities business, selling across cash equities, fixed income and equity derivatives, with specialization in at least one client sector preferred
Experience planning for self and team in line with defined objectives and operational plans to achieve sales targets.
Understanding of the risk and regulatory environment
Seasoned experience in client relationship management with a demonstrated track record applying judgement, best practice and knowledge of internal or external business environment to solve escalated problems which may have some degree of complexity as well as to improve processes.
