Professional marketing qualification e.g. CIM or equivalent.
Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
7–10 years working experience in a similar position with at least 3–4 years' experience in management.
Creativity: Ability to develop new strategies and campaigns with innovative ideas that can help the company grow.
Marketing knowledge: Understanding of offline and online marketing strategies and tactics, including how to develop a marketing plan, create a marketing calendar, and measure the success of marketing campaigns.
Strategic thinking: Ability to develop effective marketing strategies that drive business growth across customer segments.
