Master's degree in Curriculum Studies, Instructional Design, or Educational Technology or its equivalent field from an accredited/recognised institution.
A doctoral degree (PhD or Ed.D.) in Curriculum Studies, Instructional Design, or Educational Technology, or an equivalent field, will be an added advantage.
Work Experience
At least Eight (8) years' experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or academic training within a higher education setting.
Experience in supporting programme review and redesign initiatives.
Ability to develop learner-centred instructional models.
Experience in promoting active learning and experiential learning approaches.
Knowledge of and experience in ensuring alignment between learning outcomes, assessment, and learning activities.
Experience in supporting programme accreditation documentation and related quality assurance processes.
Experience in training faculty on curriculum development and instructional design.
Experience in developing curriculum development resources, frameworks, and toolkits.
