Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, International Relations, Business Administration, Tourism Management, Education, or related field;
Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in partnerships management, internships coordination, career services, hospitality industry relations, or international programmes;
Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills;
Knowledge of the hospitality industry and international placement processes will be an added advantage.
