Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years in IT, web development, or systems management.
Has personally built and deployed at least one live commercial website from scratch.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms — HubSpot or equivalent.
Experience integrating third-party APIs and automation tools.
Web hosting, domain management, and Google Workspace administration.
Understanding of data access controls and user permission management.
Comfortable managing systems and security independently without a technical team above them.
Must own a laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet connection.
Must be reachable and responsive outside standard hours when required.
