What you bring
2–4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or transaction advisory
Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and scenario modeling
Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills
Strong understanding of DCF valuation, LBO analysis, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis
Experience with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet, and PitchBook
MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
Experience with buy-side transactions, sell-side transactions, and capital raising
Exposure across industries such as technology, healthcare, financial services, and real estate
Prior leadership or mentorship experience with analysts
Strong financial and analytical mindset
Exceptional attention to detail under pressure
Comfortable managing multiple live deals simultaneously

Highly organized with strong deadline management skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
