A minimum of three (3) years relevant working experience
Bachelor's Degree in any of the following fields: Information Technology, Computer Science, Business IT, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution
Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010
