Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Digital Transformation, Technology Management, or related discipline is an added advantage.
Minimum of 8–12 years of relevant experience in Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, Technology Strategy, Program Management, or Business-IT Leadership roles.
Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and complex cross-functional projects.
Experience engaging with senior executives, leadership teams, and governance committees.
Exposure to large-scale digitalization, automation, enterprise applications, and business process improvement programs.
Experience within energy, manufacturing, telecommunications, financial services, FMCG, or other complex operational environments will be an advantage.
