Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field
Minimum 8 years' experience in corporate/enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record in business development and closing complex, high-value deals
Strong experience in solution-based or technical sales environments
Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (C-suite level)
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
Experience managing long sales cycles and large client portfolios
Solar industry experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
