A minimum of a Diploma in Culinary Arts from a recognised Hospitality Training Institute. A degree in hospitality management would be an added advantage.
At least 5 years in a busy commercial kitchen.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, especially as a driver for a hotel, guest house, or tour company.
