Formal Education: Minimum of a Diploma or Craft Certificate in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Installation Technology from a recognized technical institution.
At least 3 to 5 years of active field experience in residential or commercial electrical installations, with at least 1–2 years serving in a supervisory role.
Valid EPRA Class C License or above (e.g., Class B), legally authorizing the holder to oversee and sign off on electrical installations.
NCA Accreditation as a construction supervisor or site foreman in the electrical trade category.
Ability to read architectural drawings and convert them into precise electrical layouts.
Qualified to run mandatory pre-commissioning tests using insulation resistance testers, earth loop impedance testers and continuity testers.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and codes, with the ability to read and interpret drawings.
Service-oriented, responds quickly to site needs and develops practical solutions.
Results-driven, delivering work on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.
