What you bring
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial management, business development, enterprise technology sales, or project sales.
Proven success selling complex ICT, ELV, Smart Building, Enterprise Infrastructure, or Construction Technology solutions.
Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong commercial negotiation, presentation, and proposal development skills.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
Willingness to travel extensively across East, West, and Southern Africa.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following sectors will have a distinct advantage: ICT Infrastructure, Smart Building Solutions, Hospitality Technology, Enterprise Networking, Structured Cabling, Security & Surveillance Systems, Audio Visual Solutions, Building Management Systems (BMS), Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS), Telecommunications Infrastructure, Construction Technology, Facilities Management, Real Estate Development.
Experience working with developers, consultants, hotel operators, and project delivery teams will be highly desirable.
