Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields; familiarity with the East African market and business environment is required.
Chinese proficiency (HSK Level 4 or above).
Strong government or business networking background preferred; experience in government relations, business negotiations, and resource development is a plus; at least 2 years of overseas work experience preferred.
Excellent English writing and communication skills; able to handle formal correspondence; smooth communication in English.
Experience in advertising/commercial development/new energy resource projects or market expansion is preferred.
Strong sales mindset; ability to lead a team to achieve targets; skilled in client development and relationship management.
Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills; familiar with East African business etiquette and contract requirements.
Responsible, results-oriented, and capable of independently handling market expansion, client maintenance, and business negotiations.
