Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technology field
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in technology project management and data migration
Client facing service experience required.
Experience with various project management tools and methods preferred
Demonstrates understanding of scope, schedule and planning, understanding of time management, resource management cost management. Possesses good project management skills
Experience of working in large programs of work
Experience creating, executing, and amending project plans for large, complex projects
Experience applying formal project management methodologies and disciplines to manage large, complex projects
Experience with Core Banking Transformation programs will be an added advantage
Exposure to core transformation journeys at a variety of levels (management, design, implementation) will be an added advantage
Experience in data analysis, data quality assessment, data migration, or data reconciliation within technology transformation, ERP, core banking, CRM, or enterprise system implementation projects.
Practical experience using data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, or similar platforms.
Understanding of data migration lifecycle activities, including data discovery, mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, reconciliation, mock runs, cutover support, and post-migration review.
Experience preparing analytical reports, dashboards, status updates, issue logs, reconciliation reports, or data quality summaries for project teams and stakeholders.
Exposure to data governance concepts such as data ownership, data quality rules, metadata, data dictionaries, lineage, controls, and auditability will be an added advantage.
