What you bring
Advanced degree (masters or PHD) Social Sciences, Public health, gender studies, development studies or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of progress experience in Social Behaviour Change and Communication (SBBC), and advocacy
Strong background in SBCC approaches, including evidence-based messaging and community dialogue facilitation
Advocacy and Policy development: Experience designing advocacy tools, messaging frameworks, and supporting policy integration
Community Engagement: Practical experience working with diverse groups (men, boys, women, youth, elders) to challenge harmful norms.
Research and evidence use ability to conduct behavioural insights research and translate findings into actionable communications strategies.
Experience working with government institutions, preferably Kenya or similar contexts on demographic data and evidence-based planning and budgeting
High-level communication, report writing, and stakeholder engagement skills
