Strong IT Background, preferably in the financial industry.
Understanding of the financial services industry, including cross-border payments and compliance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design innovative solutions.
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into a technology solution with full involvement of the rest of the client relationship stakeholders. Analyze detailed systems factors: input/output requirements; information flow; technical requirements; resources needed and select the appropriate SWIFT products and services to architect a customer solution.
Familiarity with Swift's products and services is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
Excellent English communication skills. French and other languages are an added advantage.
Ability and desire to succeed in a diverse, multi-cultural environment, across varied geographics and team.
