Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
Diploma in Sales & Marketing or certification in software sales is an added advantage
4-6 years of experience in software or IT solutions sales
At least 2 years in a supervisory, team lead, or senior sales role
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally with SaaS, ERP, or enterprise software products
Proficiency in using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Pipedrive)
Strong understanding of software solutions, product demos, and licensing models
Competent in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis for reporting
