Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years of related working experience, preferably in the data centre, telecommunications, IT, or technology fields
Excellent communication skills including the ability to articulate, document and present concepts, and action plans, to various levels, both internally and externally
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Analytical problem-solving skills to present straight forward solutions
Self-motivated, independent, resourceful, and adaptable
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools
Willingness and ability to travel as required
Sales skills: Develop new business, identify and sell to customer needs, translate product features to benefits, have good listening skills, be sensitive to customers, deliver effective presentations, negotiate well, uses your closing skills appropriately and develop sales skills
Interpersonal skills: have good listening skills, build strong relationships, be flexible/open-minded, negotiate effectively, solicit performance feedback and handle constructive criticism
