Possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant business development, sales, and marketing experience with a proven and verifiable track record.
Be highly conversant with digital marketing and social media marketing strategies.
Have previous experience working within the hospitality industry.
Demonstrate exposure to and understanding of marketing strategies specifically designed for conferences, banqueting, corporate events, and hospitality-related functions.
Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Be able to work independently and effectively under sales targets and a performance-based contract.
Be creative, innovative, and capable of attracting events, conferences, banquets, and functions that generate business for the establishment.
