Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing maternal and newborn health programs within the public health system.
Added advantage: Health systems management or Public Health programs experience and/or EmONC knowledge & skills.
Coaching, mentorship, facilitation, and people management skills.
Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in culturally diverse environments.
Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office and G-Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets).
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
High integrity, reliability, and professionalism, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
