Bachelor's degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Professional certification in Procurement and Supply Chain Management such as CIPS, KISM, or an equivalent qualification.
Registration and good standing with the relevant professional body.
At least 5 years of progressive experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably within NGOs, international organizations, or other complex operational environments.
Demonstrated experience managing competitive tendering processes and high-value procurements.
Strong understanding of procurement legislation, contract management, and inventory management principles.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
