Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
Valid registration with the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Board.
Previous experience working in a clinical or hospital laboratory.
Good knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and quality control standards.
Ability to handle laboratory equipment and diagnostic tools properly.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Understanding of infection prevention and biosafety procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and meet reporting timelines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a medical team.
