At least a diploma in fisheries and aquaculture, Coastal and marine resources conservation, aquatic sciences, microbiology, biology/zoology, marine engineering, lab technologist with at least 3 years working in the mariculture or marine related programmes.
Experience in coastal and marine aquaculture technology especially working in a lab set up
Ability to work for long hours including night shifts and weekends as per the job dictates
Self-motivated and self-driven individual and result oriented.
Ability to work extended hours and with little supervision
Experience in operation of marine hatchery equipment will be an added advantage
Able to read and comprehend standard operating procedures and other guidelines
Need to have basic report writing skills
