First Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field
Professional Certification: CPA/ACCA
5-7 years of experience
Intermediate knowledge and experience in knowledge of payment systems
Intermediate knowledge and experience in knowledge of settlements - deals, trade transactions
Intermediate knowledge and experience in stakeholder engagements at senior level
Intermediate knowledge and experience in leading people
Relevant recon experience within IPSS and a thorough understanding of systems, processes and procedures to perform and manage reconciliations
Knowledge of Machine learning, SQL/Python and use of large language models is an added advantage
Experience in stakeholder Management
