A recent graduate (within the last 2 years) with a first degree from a recognised institution.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, Statistics, a Business-related field, or Law (those admitted as Advocates of the High Court of Kenya have an added advantage).
Demonstrates strong leadership potential, analytical thinking and a drive for excellence.
Possesses excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Exhibits a genuine passion for the banking industry and innovation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent numeracy and financial acumen.
