Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic understanding of financial statements and cash flow analysis.

Professionalism, integrity, and teamwork skills.
Experience working with entrepreneurs, SMEs, lending institutions, microfinance organizations, SACCOs, or community development programs will be an added advantage.
