Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Commerce-HR Option, or a related field.
Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management is an added advantage.
IHRM membership and a valid practicing certificate is an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in Human Resource Management, within manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, industrial, or other fast-paced operational environments.
Experience managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance.
Experience supporting large and diverse workforces will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to prioritize competing demands and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
Strong planning, organizational, and administrative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
