Diploma in Social Sciences, Social Work, Gender Studies or related field of studies.
Professional Qualifications
Additional training in child protection work.
Trainer by profession in life planning skills, gender issues, SRH and young mentor will be added advantage.
Other Required Qualifications (unique/job specific)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interviewing and Note taking skills.
Respect confidentiality standards and the dignity of beneficiaries, demonstrating and safeguarding ethics and integrity.
Familiarity with human rights and gender related protection issues especially focused on violence, exploitation and abuse of girls, boys and women.
Excellent organizational skills, independent, disciplined, with initiative and an ability to work under pressure and to prioritize work.
About 4 years' experience in case management/child protection.
