Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant financial management experience in international NGOs
At least 5 years in senior management or supervisory roles
Proven experience with both direct implementation and partnership-based programmes
Strong knowledge of donor compliance (e.g. Norad, NMFA, SIDA, EU, UN, USG, ECHO, Dutch MFA)
Solid understanding of internal controls, audits, and financial risk management
Strong skills in budgeting, financial planning, reporting, and grant management
Experience in system integration and harmonisation across multiple portfolios
Demonstrated ability to build the capacity of finance and non-finance staff
Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
