A Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field
At least 1–2 years of hands-on farm experience (solid internship experience is acceptable)
Good knowledge of crop production, soil health, and pest management
Familiarity with crops grown in the Kirinyaga region — maize, vegetables, rice, etc.
Ability to operate basic farm equipment and tools
Good record-keeping and communication skills
Comfortable leading and supervising a team of farm workers
Willing to live and work full-time on the farm
Honest, reliable, and hardworking
