- Minimum 5 years' experience within the Beverage category.
- Strong experience managing Modern Trade, including supermarkets and key accounts.
- Proven experience developing and executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
- Practical experience implementing planograms and negotiating shelf space.
- Demonstrated success in executing consumer promotions, product launches, and visibility campaigns.
- Experience managing merchandising teams and third-party vendors.
Strong distributor and stakeholder management experience.
