Diploma in a relevant computer, ICT, or related field.
At least 2 years of working or training experience.
Good knowledge of computer applications and basic ICT systems.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to teach and guide learners patiently.
Good classroom management skills.
Ability to prepare simple training materials and reports.
