Medical Doctor (MBChB) preferred. Candidates with a Master's degree or currently in training in Public Health, Global Health, Health Systems, Epidemiology, Clinical Research, Health Management, or a related field will have an added advantage. (Mandatory)
Registration with the relevant professional regulatory body is desirable. (Mandatory)
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in health, public health, research, clinical programs, project management, or study coordination roles. (Mandatory)
Demonstrated experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programs, research projects, fellowships, training programs, or capacity-strengthening initiatives. (Mandatory)
Experience supporting program implementation, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. (Mandatory)
Previous experience working with academic institutions, research organizations, government agencies, donors, or international partners is highly desirable. (Mandatory)
Experience working in multicultural, multidisciplinary, and geographically dispersed teams. (Mandatory)
